Supply List


* Clear ruler larger than 18”
* Medium sized rotary cutter with fresh blades
* Pencils and erasers
* Scissors for fabric
* Small pointed scissors for cutting small and tight areas 
* Scissors for paper-backed fabric
* Straight pins in container or pin cushion
* Needles for hand stitching
* ½ yard background (for sky) fabric
* ½ yard backing fabric, extra if you are using it to bind your quilt
* ¼ yard frame or border fabric, extra if you are using it to bind your quilt 
* 2 yards Wonder Under 805 by Pellon
* Batting sized to 16” x 22” (please choose a thinner type of batting)
* Sampling of fabric colors, prints, hand-dyes, batiks, solids in all three values of light, medium and dark
* Sampling of thread colors in your favorite brands
* Two lightweight ½ inch D rings
* Change of machine needle 
* Sewing machine 

Home-made light boxes will be provided but if you have one at home bring it along. Irons and small ironing boards will be provided but if you have a tiny traveling iron bring it along.

You will want to choose which of my two designs you wish to create so that you can choose your fabric colors to suit the design.

* 18” x 18” backing fabric, extra if you are using it to bind your quilt

* ½ yard, 45” wide lightweight muslin in white or natural
* 2 yards Wonder Under 805 by Pellon
* Assorted fabric markers, thin or fine tip, pastel colors
* Batting sized to 18” x 18” (please choose a thinner type of batting)
* Sampling of fabric colors, prints, hand-dyes, batiks, solids in all three values of light, medium and dark (choose to suit your favorite colors of lilies)
* Sampling of thread colors in your favorite brands
* Change of machine needle

* Straight pins in container or pin cushion
* Needles for hand stitching
* Fat quarter backing fabric, or ¼ yard if you are using it to bind your quilt
* 3/8 yard frame or border fabric
* 1 yard Wonder Under 805 by Pellon
* Batting sized to 14” x 15” (please choose a thinner type of batting)
* Sampling of pastel fabric hand dyes or solids (choose which design you wish to work on and choose your fabric colors to suit)
* Sampling of thread colors in your favorite brands
* Two lightweight ¼ inch D rings
* Change of machine needle
* Sewing machine
